• Order Process: All orders for semi-custom wood wall paneling, configured from our list of available finishes, are placed directly through our website and subject to our acceptance. We may contact you for additional specifications or verification.

Modifications are possible only before fabrication begins (typically within 1-2 days of order placement). If fabrication has started but the specific component is unprocessed, we will make every effort to accommodate changes, though success is not guaranteed.

• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled with a full refund only if fabrication has not begun. Once fabrication is in process, cancellations are permitted only in exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion.

3. User Accounts

• Professional Accounts: You may create a professional account to place orders, view order history, and access invoices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

• Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

4. Payment

• Pricing: Prices are listed in USD, excluding taxes, shipping, or additional fees unless stated. Prices may change without notice.

• Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards. Full payment is required at the time of order.

• Non-Refundable Orders: Due to the semi-custom nature of our products, payments are non-refundable once fabrication begins, except as outlined in our Return Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Areas: We ship within the United States. For customers local to New York, we handle delivery directly. For non-local customers, we ship via freight to your job site.

• Delivery Terms: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Arbor & Iron is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier or, for local deliveries, upon receipt. Inspect all deliveries promptly and report issues per our Return Policy.

6. Return Policy

• Order Errors: If you err in configuring your order, contact us immediately by phone (preferred) or email. We will strive to correct errors before fabrication begins or, if feasible, during early fabrication, though changes are not guaranteed once production starts.
