About Arbor & Iron
Who we are
Arbor & Iron was founded by a father–daughter team with deep roots in construction and a shared belief that the industry could do better. Tired of low-quality products, inaccessible systems, and impersonal service, they set out to create architectural solutions built with intention, integrity, and pride in the craft.
At our core, we design and produce high-quality architectural products that simplify the process of upgrading a space. We believe great design should be approachable, transparent, and supported by real people who understand how these products are used in the field.
With in-house design, estimating, and installation experience, we bring a full-picture perspective to everything we create. The result is a system-driven approach that serves architects, builders, and homeowners alike, delivering clarity, reliability, and lasting quality from concept to completion.
MEET THE TEAM
TAJ DAMICO
One of our two co-founders and CEO, Taj, is a wood and metal fabrication expert with over 35 years of experience in the industry. As a self-taught fabricator, everything he built, including his companies, he built from scratch.
Most known for his innovative engineering and willingness to take on challenges, his name is the answer to a common question for many locals: “How the hell are we going to pull this off?”
He is also a dedicated family man, spending the majority of his off time with his wife and 4 daughters. He enjoys spending time surfing and decompressing in Rincon, Puerto Rico, and is a committed triathlete, currently training for his first marathon

KASSIDY JOYCE
Our other co-founder and COO, Kassidy, is an operations and estimating specialist. She has 10 years of industry experience, having worked in both construction and utilities, before ultimately teaming up with her father to begin their joint venture, Arbor & Iron.
She is currently expecting her first child with her wife, Madeline. She spends her free time fixing and riding dirt bikes, and preparing for the baby!
